- Banana, medium – 2 nos
- Vanilla Soy milk/ Any plant based milk – 200 ml
- Flax seeds – 1 Tbsp
- Protein Powder – 1 scoop
- Peanut butter – 1 Tbsp
- Jaggery syrup / sweetener of your choice – 1 Tbsp (optional)
- Toppings of your choice
Method
- Blend all the ingredients in the blender until smooth.
- Adjust the thickness consistency of the smoothie with adding milk as desired.
- Top it with fruits, nuts or seeds of your choice and enjoy.
