Banana Protein Smoothie

This power packed smoothie takes you into delight of enjoying banana with all the added protein into it. Banana being a great mood booster, is so versatile to be had as a smoothie. This smoothie is best had as a breakfast or can be enjoyed as a post workout meal and serves oodles of protein and goodness.

  • Banana, medium – 2 nos
  • Vanilla Soy milk/ Any plant based milk – 200 ml
  • Flax seeds – 1 Tbsp
  • Protein Powder – 1 scoop
  • Peanut butter – 1 Tbsp
  • Jaggery syrup / sweetener of your choice – 1 Tbsp (optional)
  • Toppings of your choice


  • Blend all the ingredients in the blender until smooth.
  • Adjust the thickness consistency of the smoothie with adding milk as desired.
  • Top it with fruits, nuts or seeds of your choice and enjoy.
