Cantaloupe / Muskmelon Smoothie

Like other melons, musk melons are known for their high water content. They are an excellent hydrating food loaded with numerous nutritional benefits. They are a great choice for weight watchers too as they are extremely low in calories. This smoothie recipe is a perfect blend of healthy ingredients that not just tastes amazing but also quenches thirst in summers to keep you going!

Cantaloupe / Muskmelon smoothie

  • Cantaloupe (muskmelon) – 1 small, peeled, deseeded, chopped into pieces

  • Frozen banana – 2 medium, ripe

  • Coconut milk – 2 cups

  • Coconut sugar/ Jaggery – 4 Tbsp


  • Blend cantaloupe and bananas in a blender until smooth.
  • Add coconut milk and sweetener and blend again.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy.
