Cantaloupe / Muskmelon smoothie

Cantaloupe (muskmelon) – 1 small, peeled, deseeded, chopped into pieces
Frozen banana – 2 medium, ripe
Coconut milk – 2 cups
Coconut sugar/ Jaggery – 4 Tbsp
Directions
- Blend cantaloupe and bananas in a blender until smooth.
- Add coconut milk and sweetener and blend again.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
