Directions
- Dry roast sesame seeds over medium low heat in a pan stirring constantly until seeds become fragrant and light brown. Allow it to cool completely.
- Now add the roasted seeds to a food processor or a blender and blend until seeds are crushed. Add olive oil and blend until smooth paste occasionally scraping the sides of the jar.
- Store it in an airtight glass jar in the refrigerator. Will keep for several months.
