Mango Delight Milkshake

If there has to be only one fruit that most of us love, undoubtedly it must be oh so delicious mangoes! Whether you like it or not, mangoes are a blessings to this planet! They come as a little packages packed with loads of nutrition, serving us a treatise during the months of summers. Blend them, juice them or eat them raw, they are a must to enjoy the summer in delight. This vegan mango shake recipe I present to you is definitely an indulgence to your sensory taste buds!

  • Mango – 1 medium

  • Frozen ripe banana – 1 medium

  • Soy milk/ Almond milk – 1 1/2 cup

  • Coconut sugar/ Jaggery – 3 to 4 Tbsp


  • Blend mango and banana in a blender until smooth.
  • Add soy milk/ almond milk and sweetener and blend again.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy.
