Millet Sweet Dill Crepes (Dosa)
Soaking 7 hrs + 10 mins
Little millet grain / Any millet – 1 cup, soaked overnight
Dill leaves – 1 cup
Coconut milk – 1/4 cup
Banana – 3 small, ripened
Salt to taste
- Wash and soak millet grains in sufficient water for 6 to 7 hours.
- After soaking discard the water, in a blender jar, add the soaked millet, dill leaves, coconut milk, bananas and blend thoroughly until smooth. Add salt to taste. The batter is ready and can be used instantly.
- Spread the batter on a dosa tawa or an iron pan and cook it in medium flame on each side applying oil if needed. Dosas can be made in thick pancake thickness or as thin crisp crepes.
