  • Pomegranate – 1 whole
  • Soy milk / Any plant based milk – 200 ml
  • Protein powder – 1 scoop (optional)
  • Coconut sugar / Sweetener of your choice
  • Toppings – Fruits/ Seeds/ Nuts


  • Blend all the ingredients in the blender until smooth.
  • Add fruits of your choice for toppings or drizzle some sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds for all the awesomeness.
