Winter melon/Ash gourd cooler

Winter melon – 1 small, peeled, de-seeded and chopped into pieces
Mint leaves – Handful
Lemon – 2 Tbsp
Rock salt – to taste
Directions
- Blend winter melon pieces and mint leaves into a smooth puree and sieve the mixture through a strainer.
- Add fresh lemon juice and salt to taste.
- Serve and enjoy. Alternatively this recipe can also be prepared in a juicer.
